iTalent performs searches to identify suitably qualified full-time employees. Our service includes sourcing and screening candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, and salary negotiations. It is important that the individuals we represent are a good match both technically and personally to ensure the likelihood they will perform excellently on the job and want to stay with you a long time.
iTalent provides contractors should you require additional expertise to help you through a busy period or to perform services that your regular staff are not qualified to implement. The length of the engagement may vary, depending upon your needs. Our talent base is broad and includes HR personnel, Finance and Accounting experts, and IT specialists.
Prior to hiring additional permanent staff, you may desire to hire an individual as a contractor on a temporary basis. At the end of this time you have the option to either end your relationship with that individual or hire him/her as permanent staff. The placement fee is waived if the individual has been contracted to you for 6 consecutive months. Contrast this with other staffing firms who often have a 12 or 24 month contract period.
